It was such a delight to take the English summer intensive course with such an interesting group of people and an amazing teacher. Grace’s passion for reading and language really kept me motivated and engaged throughout the course.

What I particularly appreciated was the excellent organization and clear structure of the lessons. This was my first experience learning French, and despite starting from zero, the teaching approach made everything clear and easy to follow from the very beginning.
A special mention goes to my teacher, who was excellent, patient, and very engaging. She created a great atmosphere in the classroom and made sure that everyone could understand and follow the lessons.

I took the A1 intensive course after spinning with Duolingo. Best decision! Our instructor, Lola, was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Her teaching style helped us learn effectively and get the most out of each class. The interactive, group setting was exactly what I needed to build my French skills. Great school. So far I met three teachers and all of them are excellent at their jobs, caring and respectful. The group lessons work well and the prices are among the cheapest I found in Brussels - while providing a higher standard than other well-known schools in terms of providing a course book (indicating they have actually developed a teaching methodology and do not just work as-hoc) and using modern equipment for teaching.

I was looking for a language school with a different approach, less academic and more modern than traditional school methods, and this was exactly what I found! The English learning method is modern, interactive, and focused on oral communication. The lessons are based on everyday topics and current events, making learning interesting, stimulating, and relevant to our lives. Each lesson provides an opportunity to check that the vocabulary learned in the previous lesson has been mastered, and vocabulary repetition helps with rapid progress.

I took a French A1 class in early 2026. The location is close to the EU quarter, so it was easy to join the class after work. I feel like we learnt a lot for an A1 class, so perfect for starting a new language and seeing quick progress. The group was small (5 to 6 people), which provided a good opportunity to practice speaking in class. The teacher, Zara, took time for our questions and was responsive outside of class hours too. There was flexibility with joining the class online which was helpful during business trips and vacations. I can recommend.

Lingua Academy is highly recommended if you're looking for a quality language school! Zara and Louis are both excellent teachers. They're hardworking, friendly, communicative, and explain the material with passion and patience. Moreover, the lessons are taught in a fun and accessible way, which is why I always looked forward to my next lesson. The location was also a big plus for me: easily accessible and right in the city center. They do everything they can to make you feel completely at home. I'll definitely be back for another course!!! 😎

This is not a “25 Easy Phrases for your Next Trip to Egypt” course. Rather it’s à serious study of grammar for reading and speaking formal Arabic. As in à university course, à lot of learning is packed into each two and a half hour session, but it is exactly the right thing if you want a real basis in the language and not just tourist-talk.

Brilliant school with passionate teachers! I took a two week intensive 1-on-1 course to prepare for the DALF C1 exam and gained a lot of confidence over that time. Rym was excellent and helped me focus on improving my writing and auto-correction through targeted practice. The location near Madou/Botanique is also really accessible and the offices are bright and welcoming. Zara has clearly put effort into creating a warm and comfortable environment for the students. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for French lessons in Brussels.

I arrived here not long ago, and I didn't know any French. I went to some classes that had nothing to do with those at the Lingua Academy. I loved them from the first moment because of the relaxed atmosphere, The good smell, how it is decorated, and beyond all that, my teacher is a delight, if it weren't for her patience and her great work I wouldn't have been able to learn so much ,sin duda alguna volvería aquí todas las veces que hagan falta.

I participated in the intensive summer course in July as part of the Erasmus mobility program organized by my school. With the Erasmus coordinator, we contacted the center to ensure we could carry out this activity and found the manager to be very helpful, providing us with all the information and collaborating on the necessary documentation. The preliminary interview allowed us to carefully define the participants' learning needs. The course was perfectly tailored to our needs, stimulating and rewarding, always enjoyable and interesting. The final results, carefully considered in the evaluation process as part of the Erasmus activities, also confirmed excellent professionalism and real progress in the participants' language skills. The consistently warm and attentive welcome made us feel at ease. We certainly plan to repeat the experience with the students, because the passion and enthusiasm of the director, Zara, who is also a wonderful teacher, and of the entire staff make the experience truly invaluable.

I found this language school by chance on a map. I was looking for a school that could offer an intensive English course for me and my daughters (14 and 16) during our stay in Brussels. I contacted the school via email from Italy and immediately felt like I'd found an excellent solution. After initial contact via email, we video-conferenced with Zara to determine the "right" levels for the course we'd take. Once we arrived in Brussels, everything was very simple; the school is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. The atmosphere was immediately welcoming. I attended an intensive adult course, while the girls took a junior course. What can I say about the course? Perfect; I have no other words to describe our experience. Zara and her staff have a true passion for teaching, which they instill in their students. The lessons, never boring, employed various teaching strategies, and each student's learning pace was always respected, without any performance anxiety or stress. The three hours always flew by, brightened by a break in the middle when the school provided the students with coffee, tea, and water. The progress we students made was evident. In the junior course, each activity was presented in a playful and fun way, and my daughters were always very enthusiastic about sharing their experiences with me. I hope to continue my journey in the future.

I studied English at Lingua Academy and it was a great experience! The lessons were fun, practical, and really helped me improve. Another nice thing is that we get a 5 minutes break every hour, and during the break, we can enjoy some water, tea or coffee - which is a great little bonus. If someone can’t attend the class that day, the teacher either opens a live online session or records the whole lesson and uploads it to group. That way, you never miss a class ! I highly recommend Lingua Academy to anyone who wants to learn English. THANK YOU !

I did a B1 french course at the Lingua Academy in March/April 2025. I enjoyed very much the friendly learning atmosphere, this helped me a lot to get started again after 15 years of not speaking any french. Our teacher was very supportive and very good in starting pleasant conversation on an individually adapted level. We integrated new grammar in brief discussions and were always encouraged to try to express ourselves in french which helped a lot. For me it was also great that I could participate in person but also online, the school was very flexibel to meet our needs in that. So I want to say thank you very much Lingua Academy!!

Huge applause for keeping the class sizes so small — it quickly creates a safe space where you’re not afraid to make mistakes. I was lucky to have both Zara and Rym as teachers, and they’re awesome at what they do. They really know how to be supportive but still give you a little push when you need it. I’ve learned more in three months at Lingua Academy than I did in three years of high school.

I just finished my first Arabic course with Lingua Academy, and it will not be the last! I found a great teaching system that keeps the perfect balance between a structured learning plan and a fun, dynamic classroom environment where you are encouraged to ask questions and participate without hesitation. I’m one of the two italian students that spent 15 days in Brussels for an internship experience! During our amazing internship at LinguaAcademy, we created a valuable email database, redesigned exercise books and conducted a thorough market analysis for smartboards to improve classroom technology. We also gave the school’s website a fresh update to make it much easier to understand!

The Arabic language course was excellent. The introduction to the language and the teaching method gave confidence and allows you to make progress. The fact that the purpose for which someone is learning the language is taken into account gives extra motivation and relevance to the course. The private courses were very useful, because they are helping to advance. There is also possibility to follow group courses with students at the same level, which can be very helpful.
